（２）火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
（３）丹波市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
（４）本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．丹波市は、丹波市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
